This Privacy Policy explains how RepsKingdom handles information in the RepsKingdom mobile app and on repskingdom.com.

1. Who We Are

RepsKingdom is a product discovery app and website that helps users browse fashion finds, product pages, QC images, outfits, giveaways, and links to third-party agent or seller platforms.

2. Information We Collect

If you report a listing, we store your email, listing URL, reason, evidence you provide, and review records to investigate, respond, prevent repeat publication of restricted listings, and address legal claims. Reports are not published. We retain them only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations; contact us about access or deletion.

The RepsKingdom mobile app does not require account registration and does not ask users to enter payment details. The app may request product, category, outfit, giveaway, and app configuration data from the RepsKingdom API.

When you use the app or website, we may process limited technical and usage information, including IP address, user agent, session identifier, pages or API endpoints requested, search queries, favorite actions, outbound link clicks, approximate country from request headers, referrer information, and UTM campaign parameters.

If you voluntarily submit your email address through a website form, we store that email address, your consent choice, and related context such as saved favorites or signup source.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate the app, website, API, product pages, images, and navigation features.
  • To measure app and website performance, traffic, searches, favorites, and outbound clicks.
  • To detect errors, abuse, bots, or service issues.
  • To respond to support, privacy, or correction requests.
  • To send product updates or coupon emails only when you provide your email and consent.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

The website may use session cookies and local storage for basic site operation, dismissed notices, popup preferences, and favorites-related features.

The mobile app may store user preferences or favorites locally on your device. Local data remains on your device unless you choose to submit it through a website form or another feature that clearly sends it to us.

RepsKingdom includes links to external platforms such as agent websites, seller pages, spreadsheets, Discord, and other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and may collect data under their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, checkout flows, shipping processes, or account systems of third-party websites you visit after leaving RepsKingdom.

We do not sell personal information. We may share or process limited information with service providers needed to host the website/API, provide internal analytics, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Retention

Technical analytics records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for site operation, reporting, security, and troubleshooting. Email signup records are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to delete them.
